Advancing new therapies for multiple cancers with PAM (PI3K/AKT/mTOR) pathway involvement
Celcuity is a commercial-stage biotechnology company founded to address cellular abnormalities that drive tumor growth. Our teams of drug development scientists, biochemists, and molecular biologists are working to advance new targeted therapies for cancers involving the PAM (PI3K/AKT/mTOR) pathway. This pathway plays a critical role as biological driver of a range of tumor types, including breast, prostate, lung, endometrial, colon, and ovary.
Gedatolisib targets all Class I isoforms of PI3K and the mTOR complexes, mTORC1 and mTORC2, to comprehensively block the PAM pathway. Its mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic properties are differentiated from other currently approved and investigational therapies that target PI3Kα, AKT, and/or mTORC1 alone or together. Gedatolisib is being evaluated across multiple clinical development programs in oncology.
